We tailor our drop-in visits to your pets' needs. They always include a food & water refresh, potty break or litter change, and plenty of one-on-one attention. Longer sessions directly translate to increased quality time!

We also keep you in the loop with lots of photos, and a send you a detailed post-visit breakdown message after we wrap up. Every pet is different, so always do our best to accommodate special requests.

For first-time drop-in clients, we recommend starting with a 30-minute first visit. From there, we can adjust timing depending on your pet's needs.

One or two visits are usually enough during the typical work day. For extended absences, we recommend erring on the side of more frequent visits. Overnight pet-sitting is best for people-oriented pets, or those who experience separation anxiety.

A few other things to consider:

For social, people-loving pets, it's best to book longer appointments. They'll get the most enjoyment from the quality one-on-one time, and they'll be all the happier for it.

For independent, low-maintenance pets, shorter bookings are often preferred. This kind of pet typically isn't interested in much interaction. They're content as long as someone changes their food and water dishes daily, and their waste concerns are met.

For pets with special needs, it's usually best to contact us to schedule visits. That way, we can design a care plan tailored to your pet's unique needs. We always prefer thoughtful, individualized care for young/elderly animals, and pets with special dietary or medical considerations. When in doubt, it never hurts to speak with your vet before booking!

For the sake of simplicity, we charge a flat rate of $10 per additional pet for each drop-in visit. This provides us ample time to care for each pet individually, without sacrificing our standard quality of care.

We do our best to schedule drop-ins during our regular working hours. That said, there are lots of pets who need extra-special attention.
